IE:Studio is published by Interior Educators. It is designed to enable those teaching within the interiors discipline to share ideas, experience and best practice, focused on the design studio. IE:Studio is published twice a year, in April and September.

Additionally, this publication helps Interior Educators further its core charitable objectives, which include advancing education, informing thinking and research, promoting excellence and rigour, and sharing good practice. The full list of objectives can be found at www.interioreducators.co.uk.

Founded by Shelley McNulty and David Littlefield, the intention is that each issue of IE:Studio focuses on a specific theme within interiors and/or pedagogy. The ambition is that each issue is guest edited, enabling the tone of IE:Studio to match the diversity of expertise and experience found within the field of teaching interiors within Higher Education. All editing and other contributions is done on a voluntary basis; if you have a suggestion for a future theme, are interested in guest editing a specific issue or would like to contribute to this publication in any other way, do please contact us via the links below.
