KLC School of Design is a unique centre of Interior design education providing innovative, career-focused tuition. The interior design courses are based at Design Centre Chelsea Harbour, the leading Design Centre in Europe, and can be studied on site, online or via blended learning modes of study.The CourseThe BA (Hons) Interior Design top up course (validated by University of Brighton) offers a progression route to a degree qualification for students who have successfully completed a Level 5 Diploma or Foundation Degree in Interior Design. The course delivers a considered programme, providing students with the opportunity to demonstrate a dialogue between commercial, practical and professional requirements alongside academia and intellectual rigour. One of the unique characteristics of this course is that it offers students a genuinely collaborative engagement with professional practitioners enabling sharing of methods of practice alongside scholarship. Together with this, project briefs pair real clients with real sites and provide an insight into the design process as undertaken by a professional interior designer, whilst offering a currency to learning.
