BA (Hons) Interior Design
About the course
The Interior Design programme is delivered by the School of Textiles and Design it explores the creative process of Interior Architecture and Design and offers a blend of design skills to equip students for industry. It applies conceptual methodology to architectural alteration, to imaginatively adapt or re-use interiors. The programme offers opportunities to engage with Globally Connected Learning in collaboration with Heriot Watt’s Dubai campus. Key study themes include materials, hand and digital fabrication, drawing, furniture and detailing, sustainability, human centred design, technology and digital communication.
